I 130 and I 485

I have applied for GC for my daughter ( 2 months old) throw I 130 and I 485. She is in USA now, she entered USA by her Canadian Passport and at the airport they Give her 6 months as a visitor( I-94). My concern, if her interview comes during these 6 months no need for VISA right? what if it comes after these 6 month, will be problem? do you advice me to apply for a visa for her? what type of VISA?

As long as the I-485 is pending, she is authorized to stay in the U.S.

Is the medical exam required for baby 2 months old?
If yes, should i attache it with I 485 in the same envelop?

Applying for green card for siblings and Parents

I'm applying for my parents so they can get green card. Can I apply for siblings too at the same time?Should I apply for siblings now or wait until my parents become US citizen and they can petition them? I hear it takes 9-10 years for my siblings to get the green card if I petition them. Is it longer process if I wait for parents to become US and then petition them? I just would like to know which process quicker.
