i-130 and getting h1b ?

I'm on i-130 from Nov 2003 and I want to get into the US before that. I know that I cant apply for tourist visa but I'm not sure about the h1b. could you please tell me if its possible ?

You just filed I 130, In what category?

But you can apply H1.
