I-130 advice please

Hi My grandpa filed a I130 form for my mom and her children. Our prioity date came current and we filled everything else that needed to be filed at the time. We got a notice to get our biometrics taken and we did just that. My question is, after the biometrics what comes next, and how long does it take. My grandpa filed the petition back in 1992:eek: and the the priority date became current around april, I just want to know what to expect:confused:.

btw we had our fingerprints taken in 8/27/08.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

p.s. I think the application type changed to I-485 thats what the biometrics appt. letter says at least.
 
frankie, you have posted the same question three times. It doesn't help.
Are you in the US legally? Did you enter the US legally - with a visa?

applications don't change their number for any reason. If you filed I-485, it stays as I-485.
ONce you file I-485 and do biometrics, you just wait for the interview. THat's that.
