I 130/485 Lost Passport

Hi, I have a quick question. I enter the country about 6 years ago and now I married a USC, we are doing the I 130 and 485 and I lost my passport.
We have an appointment for the interview next month,
Can I go to the interview with my original I 94 and a new passport? or will I have any problems? thank you.

No problems, the most important thing in these cases is the I-94 and you have that. Your new Passport will work just fine just be mentally prepared as he/she might ask that how come you lost the Passport but have the I-94 which is usually stapled in the passport and have a reasonable explanation to that effect.
