I-129F - Travel Document Number

Hi,
Form I-129F (k1/k3 visa) - Part 2 - Information about beneficiary - field 38e ( Passport Number) and 38f ( Travel Document Number).

What exactly is Travel Document Number. Since my spouse is currently in USA on visitor visa, is Travel document Number the number in Red color on B2 visa ?

Would appreciate if you can please respond.

Travel Document refers to a non-passport travel document that is used in lieu of a passport. This is rare. If she has a passport, then this is not applicable.
