My I129F petition for my husband was approved by the Texas service on 8/20/03. They sent me a letter of approval and told us there was no more info on us at the Tx svc ctr. Now the NVC in Portsmouth has been telling us that they have not received anything from the Texas Svc center. We have been calling and faxing and sent it via certified mail. Now we were told that we may have to refile again. My husband and I have been apart for almost 2 years now. He lives in scotland. I dont understand what could have possibly happened to the papers. And how does someone sign for it and then tell me there is nothing there for him. I am so frustrated I could scream. I get the runaround phone calls, etc. If anyone can help us, Please do! Thank You!
