I-129 petition - without LCA

My company sent out my I-129 petition for extension to the INS without the LCA. They attached my Labor certification for the green card instead.

What will happen?
Should I tell them to refile I-129 with LCA?
or should we wait for INS to reposnd with an RFE?

Rather than waiting for an RFE and then going in the loop, wouldn\'t refiling with the correct documents be a faster approach?
