I am on my 6th TN and I have decided to file an I-129 instead of applying at a POE.
In Part 3, Question 2, "Date of Last Arrival", is this the date of my last TN (Jan. 08) or the last time I crossed the border into the U.S. (Oct 08)?
I also plan on e-filing the I-129/I-907 and I was wondering if there is any issue with me paying for the fees using my credit card vs the CFO's Amex, given that the I-129 is a petition by the company and not by me? would you caution against this?
