I have 2 I-94's. One is a paper form that's attached to my passport given to me when I traveled abroad in 2012. The other (the newer one) is the electronic version I got when I traveled abroad in 2013. When I look up my I-94 on the Homeland Security website, the newer one shows up.
I had a lawyer file the TN extention through submitting an I-129, but she entered the old I-94 number instead of the new one. The application has been approved, and I received the paper copy of the updated I-94. It has the old I-94 number but with a new expiration date.
Should I be concerned about this situation?
