My wife too got RFE!
I received my EAD, but my wife got RFE for "evidence of eligibility". They asked for the following documents:
1. Husband\'s I-485 receipt
2. Husband\'s I-140 approval Notice
3. Marriage Certificate
She had filed under a "derivative status". It seems like INS did not find these additional documents on the case even though we had enclosed those.
But don\'t worry, usually these RFE cases are very straight forward. If you have all the supporting documents such as marriage certificate etc, you shouldn\'t have any problems.
