Husband has not got green card while I have... Anything wrong?

My husband (primary applicant) and I (dependent) got our 485 approvals in February, and got passport stamping on same day early March. Two weeks later I got my greencard. My 485 LUD and status update message changed twice to reflect the order of the card and the mail of the card. However, my husband’s LUD didn’t change at all. No status update message about card ordering or card mailing. Is this normal? Should we be worried? Can USCIS be doing any additional check on him? I suppose they shouldn’t as they already approved his case, right? We will be travelling out of America next week, will there be any issue for him to be admitted when we come back?

----- one CAN travel with Passport stamp and CAN enter with passport stamp it is like GC ( many countries dont recognize the stamp and he may need transit visa)
** if you got the passport stamped more than 60 days then your spouse can send form G-731, - Inquiry About Status of I-551 Alien Registration Card to service center .
