Hi All,
I (wife) am the DV winner. I included my husband in the AOS. We got our notices and FP Biometrics appts at the same time and together in the mail.
He just received today an interview date but i didn't. Is this normal or should we both have the interview at the same time? Shouldn't i be with him since i'm the main applicant or is he separate now from me?

please advice!
Appreciate it!

I don't know if this is normal or not, but my husband just got his interview notice a few days ago (he is the winner). I have nothing - I am joking with him that I must be more dangerous!
Meemoo, do you have your notice yet?

I actually got mine 3 days after... I even contacted USCIS and asked them about it, they really have no clue... but thank god, i got it and it's like it should be, i.e. both myself and my husband should be interviewed at the same time. The difference between us is that i'm the winner.
how long has it been since your hubby got his letter? if it's only a few days, just wait one week, then if you're in the states, make an appointment at the location of interview and talk to someone in regards to that. You're supposed to be interviewed at the same time as him. I'm sure you'll get your letter soon, it's frustrating ( i know) but i guess we need patience :)

Thanks - we still have nothing for me. It's been almost a week - I called USCIS and (like you say!) they have no clue. Now they say they will look into it and let me know in 30 days. I hope we'll be like you and get it at the same time (I just want to save myself an extra trip!)
I'm so glad yours came : )

Thanks... i'm sure yours will arrive soon. It's being handled at the same office that you'll be doing the interview at. If you're able to make an appointment and speak to someone, is better (i believe).. the USCIS customer service are not that helpful. I really think they don't know much... they've given me so much wrong info, i always had to request to speak to an INS officer, but unless my question was too hard for them to answer, they'd never transfer me to an INS officer.
by the way, my online status has never changed since the day they posted that they received my I-485 :)
what state are you in?
