Hi folks
I am so happy to say that our case has been approved. MY PD was 21 oct 2001, EB3. Did change my job using AC21 and informed USCIS with my last RFE.

It been a very long journey for me, first my laywer delayed my labour filing for 6 months, then I got moer evidence request from state labor, then more requests from federal labor, the RFE on my I 140.
Two RFEs for 485, first one was very very scary.
LUD changed 3 times before todays approval.

I had the WORST immingration laywer on the planet earth. She prepared the weakest case for me ever. Then each of my RFE's and other requests, she submitted the very last day despite of my yelling and screaming over the phone (She was east coast, I am west coast)

BTW mine was NSC
I really wish u all the best. I got greate help from these forums in times of great stress.
 
First of all congratulations…… can you please tell use which country you belong to. Thank you.
 
Congratulations!. I am bit confused as the current priority date is 15 Apr 2001. Yours is Oct 2001. Whcih means its past the current. So how was it apporved?
Can you please indicate the dates you had LUDs? Thanks
