From what I gather from your RFE details yours is a much clearer case and in my opinion you may not have the wait I did i.e. 1.5 months. You should be getting cleared by Oct 1st week.

Just some additional information I want to share.

My employer rcvd the 140 approval copy. He told me that I had been approved under EB2 itself.

Case details:

RFE on education.
Responded with Edu Eval from Trustforte.

What is somewhat vague here is that my lawyer also requested a category change if BCIS was not OK with EB2 (which was my original filing category). But I guess the case he presented for EB2 itself was good enough to get the approval.

Hopefully this category should be an issue at a later stage.
