In a broad perspective, there is no evident misjustice done to majority of immigrant petitioners. By book, everything is treated under control. The reason of delayed GC should not make loose composition and it is not worth it.
Only solution to this is general businees attention. If major employers can make it to lawmakers, there is chance of getting relief. We are here on the need of US employers and before applying GC, we are supposed to know all risks and delays associated with it. But what we are seeing now is more than a justifiable delay and I do not see any employer protests.
Unlike India, in this country, there is order to follow and protests will not be taken easy.
