Hi there...

New on the site ...

Does anyone have good info about how to apply, what to look for and things to not forget ?

Like for instance is the 1-94 needed ?
Is a currently valid passport needed (or is out dated ok?). . .

While reading other threads here im guessing i should just apply for every thing at the same time (in the same envelope), but i might forget something important, and thats is why i ask .. !!

I guess i should rewrite this .....

I do not find a form?

So i have to assume that there is no form to fill for the "special situation" specifically but that the USCIS instead simply "gives the option" to request "related" things with a special situation, such as : extension, replace 1-94 and request work permission.

Not sure..

But i think at this moment that sending a letter along with requests for extension, replacement of 1-94 and work permission in the same envelope is a good idea?

I how ever wonder if they will send it back saying i need a form attached ??!
