H's illegal status affect W's Visa application?

I hope I'm posting in the correct forum.

Husband (H) has been in the U.S. illegally for approximately 5 years. He entered the U.S. from China on a B-2 Visa.

Wife (W) now wishes to apply for EB-3 Third Preference Employment Based Immigration as a seamstress. Additionally, W would like to bring daughter (now 15) along with her to U.S.

Assuming all requirements are satsified both from W's end as well as U.S. employer's end, does H's illegal status in U.S. affect W's application?

How likely will her application be denied at the interview because she and her daughter will be joining her undocumented husband in U.S.?

It's not likely, but the husband is currently subject to the 10-year bar and cannot immigrate to the US.
