has anyone had problems with HPSA/state waiver to VA system with in the state?
2) the VA i want to transfer to wants to do credentialing(hospital priviliges) first before filing H1b. Does that make sense?
3) my attorney says i dont have to get approval from the state department.However, if i have a letter from then, its helpful?
4) if state finds out i am not in state waiver program anymore but in VA hospital in the same state, can they cause problems?
