Hi,

I came to know that the employee's would also get copies of the things like 485 receipt, RFE notice copies etc etc (all coutesty copy fron INS).

I spoke to CSR on the toll free phone & they said , this should hv been done on the G-28 by employer. But as it was missed out, i could send a letter to the Service center for the same - requesting copies every time somthing happens to me case.

Is this True? (Plannning to switch jobs on ac-21, so the need is important)

Any specific format of the letter? Any other details??

Didn't your attorney send you the copies of the filing receipts, etc? If you filled in the G-28 form and submitted through your attorney they will receive the receipts. It is very important to keep copies with us also. Contact your company or your attorney directly.
In my case, even the advance parol original was sent to the attorney, which I didnot expect. However the EAD cards were mailed to us.

Yes - we do have the photocopies

Yes - we do have the photocopies. But looking for the duplicate (true copy) kind of thing.

I too got the first EAD mailed to me. The First AP was sent to my attorny.

Now I have appliaed for renewal (EAD + AP). Wondering how to make suree that i get them
