I came to know that the employee's would also get copies of the things like 485 receipt, RFE notice copies etc etc (all coutesty copy fron INS).
I spoke to CSR on the toll free phone & they said , this should hv been done on the G-28 by employer. But as it was missed out, i could send a letter to the Service center for the same - requesting copies every time somthing happens to me case.
Is this True? (Plannning to switch jobs on ac-21, so the need is important)
Any specific format of the letter? Any other details??
