since we have completely veered off topic anyway, i thought i'd persist in this transgression some more.
judging by you guyses' yen for JLo, i doubt if any of you vibe in any major way to the folk rock/protest music genre a la bob dylan in the '60's, but here's something you guyses will really enjoy.
the artist is called John McCutcheon, and he came out with an album called "Hail to the Chief! (and other short shelf-life classics)". he describes the title song, "Hail to the Chief" as his "collaboration with George W. Bush. President Bush wrote (or at least contributed) all of the lyrics."
another song i loved was "Ashcroft's Army". then there's others like "Duct Tape" and the "The List". y'all just gotta hear these songs, especially "Hail to the Chief" and "Ashcroft's Army".
fortunately, John McCutcheon has made MP3s of some of his songs available for download at this own website so you don't have to feel guilty like you always do while downloading pirated stuff (yeah, right!). the url is http://www.folkmusic.com/f_music.htm (scroll down the page for the download links).
and i highly recommend that you hear the songs first, and read their lyrics later, as they sound really hilarious when you actually hear them.
