How tuf is it to get L1 visa if parents are US citizens ?

Hello friends,

Can some one help me out with this ? My parents are US citizens, and am from India. Am over 30 and currently working for a software firm here in Chennai. My company is planning to apply an L1 visa ( intracompany transfer ) for me. But since my parents are already citizens there in US, will this jeopardize my candidature for L1 visa , do they reckon me as a prospective immigrant ?
