How true this would be from Congress man

I just re'ved phone call from my congress man saying that they re'ved email from CSC center saying that "they have re'ved all the paper work and have open up the file".
Story goes like these Congress man have contacted CSC atleat 5 times in last one month and they never got reply back.
so it looks to me that they(congress man) might be saying just like that to make me feel good.

Don't know what to do.
any comments on these
 
I would say not..

I fthe congressman was trying to fob you off he would have done so after 2 weeks - why else would he call them 5 times? I think you are heartsick, reach honey, and it is very hard to see any good in anything when you feel this way. I have a good feeling about this for you - sending you approval vibes right now *^>*<>*><!!!!

Cool down. I'm not heart sick.
But thats what they told me whenever i called them.
they basically email to CSC and never got reply back from them.
so whenever i call congress man he says that they have not heard back from them and would send another email right away.
Also if this is vibe from you . I would take it :) as i'm really sick with these processing going on. I'm on above to get break down.
I'm waiting for too long for these to get approved.
I know there seniors still waiting before me but still :confused:

You should have got approved today .... I wonder how long they keep a file open ( considering they opened it yesterday ) !! They are sooooooooo inefficient. ;)

or how to get it. Also what # to call after fax to check if they have received my fax.
