How to write the check to BCIS?

When I write the check to BCIS, which name should I write on the check?
1. BCIS
2. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services
3. USBCIS
4. CIS
5. INS

My lawyer asked me to write it to "USCIS"

As a matter of interest, they prefer the checks to be addressed to " Department of Homeland Security", although they are still cashing checks addressed to INS.
This directive was issued about six months back and I have been following it since--I am surprised some lawyers are still advising you otherwise.
