Hi,
I passed my BE (Electronics and Comm Engg) with Distinction from India in July 96, then I came to USA in Jan97, passed my
MS (Electrical Engg) and started working as a Software Engineer in CA from Jun98. So far, my company has given me about 10 to
15 Individual and Team Achievement awards in recognition of my outstanding performance at work.
Currently I am on H1 visa. In Jun2001 I went to India, got married, and brought my wife on H4 visa. Then I applied for her I-485
AOS. We already gave our finger prints, we are waiting for the I-485 approval letter from INS.

Lately, I realised that my wife is not suitable for me, she loves her cousin, not me, secondly there are cultural differences between us,
because she was born and brought up in Saudia Arabia, whereas I was born and brought up in India. Because of this, I am planning to
take divorse. But my wife threatened me that if I take divorce, then she will contest and demand spousal support for the rest of my life.
Because my wife\'s I-485 application is based on my I-140 approval, is it possible that I can call INS to withdraw her I-485 application ?
