How to withdraw a NIW petition?

Is there anyone has experience withdrawing a petition from INS?

I have an EB1-OR approved Oct. 2002. I filed a NIW at the same time as my EB1-OR. However, I haven't heard anything back. I am afraid that I may get a REF since I have seen so many NIW cases got REF. Do you think I should withdraw it before a REF is issued? How? Does a REF for NIW have negative affect to my EB1-OR I-485?

Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

An RFE on your NIW should have no bearing on your OR. If you want to withdraw your petition, write the INS.

why withdraw?

You've paid NIW money, and didn't got EA1 final GC. If your EA1 have some trouble during 485. You still have NIW chance.

Huh? If he is found inadmissable during AOS, what makes you think he won't be inadmissable the second time around?

Is it true?

Inadmissability has nothing to do with a job offer. It has to do with criminal records and communicable diseases.
