Hi,
I got an offer from Company X, who have pre-approved labors and said they would substitute it to my name, if I join their company, and file for I-140. They are not charging or demanding any fee.
Now, my question is,
1) How to verify if the Labor is still not in somebody else's name?
in other words, is there any way to find out if someone has applied i-140 for that labor or for that matter i-485?
2) Is there a life term for Labor? Will it expire after x number of days or years?
cause how long can a company hold on to a Labor?
I know lot of similar or same question would have come a million times...but please be patient to answer my q's even if you get upset to answer.
