How to use the grant proposal in NIW?

I have a grant proposal under review. I am the principal investigator on that proposal. To address NIW RFE, how shall I present this proposal evidence? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

As long as it is not approved it won't help you too much. It might help you after approval perhaps under the award category, but even their it migth be difficult.

Quick question about grant funding. I had a funding from state agency and how can I explain better to them to get I-140 (NIW) approved. My i-140 was denied and need to appeal but my grant experience was not evaluated. The reason was, according to NSC, that my qualification is not superior to other U.S. citizen who has similar or same qualifications. (i.e., 3rd prong not being met).

My own grants were only addressed in the recommendation letters from scientists working in my field. I think you can also get an official paper from a granting agency.
