 i have been calling TSC from past 3 days to know about my EAD card but i am not able to get the line,it is always busy..Is there any easiest way to reach them,because so many of them were able to connect to TSC,please give me some idea..i live in LA...

just repeat dialing.... and patiently hold when it is through... Call them as you see it is really n

 
 
Also tried to calll all Thursday. Must have wasted 5 hrs, finally gave up. I did connected twice b

the funny thing is that you get to so used to hitting the redial button that even when it rings, the usual extinct is to hit the redial button again. So I got connected twice in that 5 hrs but got wasted. I didnt try to call today, will try on Monday......
 
if we can fax,then

i think it will be easier than calling,i am not able to get them in phone..can anyone tell the FAX number for TSC?..
 
actual thing happened here is,

my EAD was approved on 13th april & till now i din\'t get the card,so i am worried,usually most of them in this tracker got it in a week or 2...
 
Here is a trick to reach IIO. Worked for me..

Try to dial around 7Am in the morning. Or even earlier. Once you get the line (Which you will), just keep looping on the menu until 8AM Central which is when they start taking actual calls. Dial Zero and you will be on hold until someone answers you.

This is a really brilliant,intelligent, and creative idea for those who are desperate. With 3~5 cents per min phone charge, holding the line for two hours only costs max $6.
 
Go and get a duplicate one

Wait or 2 or 3 days if you still did\'nt get them, go to your local INS Office and tell them that you did not get the EAD card or lost in mail. They will ask you to resubmit the EAD application and get your card done on the same day(In this way you\'ll have to pay your $100 Fee for the EAD application, they\'ll treat the old one as lost).

I have done it for my wife\'s card.
