On the Back of the I-9 Form under "LIST OF ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS" no where is a clear choice for H-1 or EAD.
The only applicable choice is under LIST B - "Unexpired employment authorization document issued by INS" which applies to both H-1 & EAD.
The other EAD's under LIST A are only for Refugee Status etc.
( Form I-688A & I-688B ).
Can you tell me how you may differentiate between H1 & EAD when filling the I-9 Form out???
I was on H1 but it expires tomorrow & I am going to use EAD.
