Hello,
We recently got a notice for evidence submission from USCIS, stating that we need to prove our marriage is real. I immigrated to the States in 06.2016 and my husband was here in 12.2016 in student visa. We got married in 03.2017. We have been dating since 2008, same school, same high school and college. We intend to submit these pictures, our school papers to prove we met in school, a lot of pictures, wedding pictures, our lease agreement, bank statement, joint tax return etc. I also drafted a letter - will that be enough? Would they doubt his intent of coming to US? We were living in different states a while ago because of our school - will that be a problem?
