How to start the conversation with TSC IO?

My Name check is clear, FP is the latest - 2 days ago, Had LUDS for 2 days.
Called 1-800...phone -- waited for 20 minutes.. IO did not even ask my EAC number . Here is my converstion.

I would like to know the case status - as the Infopass IO said, all is clear on my case and i should get approved this week (just made up story).
I also said that that Infopass IO confirmed that visa num has been assigned for my case, but , they do not seem to care.


But the lady IO said, no visa availble and call back in oct.

Any ideas of HOW TO START the conversation with these IO's?

(I know that my name check is clear - there could be nothing else pending)
 
I would like to start off with "What the heck....."

on a serious note, I think there's nothing you can do about it except send a fax to expedite your case..you can get some information about that in this forum...
but other than that..just listen to them and say "OK!!"

You can try to ask them if they have the results of the FPs you gave recently (don't say, unless specifically asked, that you gave FPs only this week or else they'll tell you to call a week or two later). If the IO seems to be interested enough to check, you can continue from there.
 
my 2 paise here..


We ask for status.. they say name check / FP results.. etc.. is pending..

Once we show the proof they are done.. they will tell no visa number..

for visa number we need to go to Rice..

It is just they put us in this circle.. and they will approve when they wish and whom they wish.
