How to start k3

Hello...As some of you may have read my post from a few days ago, I am an American woman and I married my British husband on Monday. He has since gone back to the UK and I would like to begin to fill out paperwork necessary to start his K3.

What forms are required? So far, I am thinking I need an I-130, G-325a, and an I-485...

Am I correct? Are there any more forms that I need to use to begin procedures?

You don't need to file I-485. I-485 is just for adjustment of status. Your husband is through Consular Process, so is different.
You need to file the petition for Alien Relative with G-325a, check at www.uscis.gov

After that, your petition should be approved and then you and your husband will be contact (by mail) to fill and send others froms. Check at the Department of States website http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1315.html

One more question:

I live in New York, and I am presuming that I need to send the forms into Vermont-NOT Chicago-Am I correct in presuming this ?

Last week, I read so much that it made my head spin...which wasn't hard to do, given the week I had.
Can someone confirm this for me?
