how to sponsor for Visitor Visa

Hi,

I am on H1-B and would like to invite my parents to visit me in USA. I GUESS i have to send them following items,

# I-134 form
# bank statements
# letter from employer

Please correct me if i'm wrong, or i'm missing anything here.
do i have to notorize I-134 form?
please advise...

I sent my mom I-134 wich she showed at the embassy and I did notarized it. The other documents I sent were the ones mentioned on I-134. of course none of these docs are mandatory but it can help. The most imp thing is that they have to prove strong ties to their country and convince the officer that they have reason to come back and have what to come back to. This way they prove there is less chance fro them to remain here.
