How to sponsor a niece to US as a tourist?

I am US citizen, and I like to sponsor my niece from Vietnam come here for a visit. She is 25 years of age. (is her young age can cause her a problem to get a visa?), and if she can, how long time can she apply for the visit? 6 or 12 months? And what is procedure that I have to do as an Aunt? My income is enough to pay for everything! Any of your help are really appreciate.

There are many forums giving hints about applying for a B2 visa. It is a problem that she is young and seen as a potential overstay. Visas are granted with validity of up to 10 years. Stays are authorized at entry for from 1 day to 6 months. For a young working person who is supporting herself, a shorter visit makes more sense.
