How to Speak to an Officer at TSC?

My friend's EB2(India) 485 has been pending for last 3 years and today the USCIS website has an update that says "our written notice in this case has been returned undeliverable by the post office".
His PD is current right now so it may be an approval but we are not sure.

Called Customer Service and its pointless, they just read out whatever message i am seeing on the website.

Whats the best way to find out what that notice is? Is there a way to call TSC directly somehow?

Try callig again...

In my experience each time you call different person may answer you. So try to call couple of times and ask if you case is proved or what they need from you if RFE and check the address on their records.

Hi , did you change your adress ??? Why the written letter didn't got to you on time ??? I think , that is better for you to contact immediately the USCIS and tell them that you didn't got this letter , and tell them to give you more info about this matter , so you do not have problems later ... not to scare you but probably you save some steps !!!

try this

From POJ or other people:

use 800 to find status.
Press 1 for english
Press 2
Press 6
Press 1 for SRC #
Press 1 again to confirm
Press 3
Press 3 or 4 when it says u have file Multiple applicaiton, by selecting this option u will be connected with TSC and will be quite possible to talk with an officer.

(if u find any error after SRC input, use any other SRC like EAD etc)
