How to send fax to VSC ?

Friends, how can I send a fax inquiry to VSC ? Could any of you please provide the fax number for VSC and also the letter content if possible, it would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
 
Yes I tried to send fax to vsc to get duplicate copy of RFE. But no luck. It seems there is no fax# for enquires.(My attorney confirmed).

As for letter, please write it in yor own words in simple english. All you need to say is "My I485 application was filed on xx/xx/xxxx at Vermont ervice Center. The current processing date for I485 is June'2002. So i request you to expedite my case " . Change this text appropriately to suit your case.
Put the title on the Fax letter : "EXPEDITE CASE STATUS REQUEST" .
 
Just curious, I sent a fax for my NIW case (as the processing date has passed). Then my case status shows that there was an update on 10-20-04. After that nothing changed. What does that mean? Status also shows the standard message of "it takes 360 days to decide..."
