Talk to the U.s Embassy in Israel.

could you tell us more detail like Were you PR before leaving meaning your PR was not revoked, What is your status there, Where you are or were from originally?
This kind of issues are complicated and the info you provide is not sufficent to figure it out.

i was a permanent resident 10 years but i didnt get citizenship because i wasnt old enought. im also a PR here in israel. i was born in estonia, when i was 3 years old i left for usa with my parents.

I am sorry to say this but I do not believe that you can return to the United States based on your old LPR status. It has been too long.

I am under-impression that immigration used to issue 'never expiring PR cards' at that time. If that is the case then you do have options but you will have to figure them out by yourself. Forum members might not be able to outline them for you over here.

Good Luck!

so what do u reccomend me to do in this situation?any ideas?

You can try to apply for a Returning Resident Visa. http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_1333.html. Given that you were gone for ten years I do not see how can you make your case but you can try.

I do not believe there is anything else you can do to reclaim your status. You can schedule a telephonic conversation with a United States immigration attorney to go over your situation if you want to (you can pay them using a credit card or you can send them a money order in advance).

You can of course find other ways to immigrate if you qualify. Find an employer who can sponsor you or marry an American citizen, for example.
