How to request FOIA from CBP and how long does it take

Actually, I requested the FOIA by following the procedures on cbp.gov for entry/exit record, but it has been more than 1 month and I got nothing back.

Does anyone know how long it normally take with CBP?

Besides the form they want me to fill for request, what other documents do I need to provide?

I need record for some of my past travel that I forgot.
