How to report employer

Hi!
I left my previous employer on 30 Jun,2007 by giving him a 2 weeks notice. And joined a new employer after my H1 transfer to this new employer from July 2,2007.
My previous employer has stopped my last 2 weeks salary ( salary from 15 June till 30 June) saying that i will have to pay him USD5000 as liquidated damages. I paid him USD5000 as liquidated damages on 31,July,2007.
But after this he is not replying my emails and phone calls for paying me my salary.
I want to report the matter to INS , USCIS. Please send me the contact information of the agency where i can report my previous employer for not paying me my salary.
Please advice/

Hey Vassija

There are so many desis that go through the exact same set of problems with these organizations but we never seem to help each other out. You have had a bad experience with this employer - but there may be others that are just starting out with this company and have no idea of what you've been made to go through. There are some very utilitarian sites like ww.jobvendorreview.com and www.skipnext.com that serve this very purpose - I strongly urge you to write about your experiences on these sites.
