Hi...
Could somebody pl' help me with this....my cousin applied for naturalization based on 4 yrs and 1 day rule..but he was incorrectly told by the lawyers that the 3 months in advance rule also applies here...and so he applied a month earlier than the actual 4 yr 1 day..
What we need to find out now is how do we fix the situation?
How do we re-apply to BCIS and ask them to ignore the previoud application...the previous application is already past fingerprinting and is waiting in the local office for an interview scheduling...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.....
Thanks!
