http://www.immigrationwatch.com shows that only 81 I140 cases were approved between 10/04 - 10/23. However , it also shows in average there are about one thousand I140 applications each month in 2003 and 2004.

if this is true, CSC is accumulating a lot of cases every day! how can the JIT move at all! it should move one month every twelve months. how do you guys interpret the data?
 
they don't post/scan all the cases. I am SURE of that. I have scanned cases with my dates -- and seen more approvals than those posted on immigrationwatch.

that's true....
I scanned my date, and found smaller percentage from that.
good news is at least they seem to processed
on Oct 26,28,29 now... some RFE issued...
