How to reach an IO at TSC?

My NIW 140 at TSC has been pending since Jan 12, 2007. It's been almost 2 months since my lawyer files a SR and still no LUD's or decision. I am thinking of calling myself and talking to an IO at TSC. How do I get to an IO from the 1-800 customer service or case status number?

1-800-375-5283, then press 1, 2, 2, 6, 1,
enter the RECIPT#, press 1 again to confirm,
press 3, and finally press 4.
 
Just for the sake of history, I would like to mention that this technique was discovered by some one called POJ, Prince of Jungle. Thus is it is called the POJ technique. He was very helpful with informatio to a lot of folks on this board. He used to roam this forum few years ago and was approved probably two years ago !
