how to prove that i fulfilled 2 yr requirement infront of consular officer

I was on J1 visa for my residency and decided to come back after my boards rather than go to rural area for waiver, Now I have H1B offer after I finish my 2 yr requirement. I am worried how will I prove to US embassy that I lived in india for 2 yrs. Can they just check my passport and get convince or I need to provide some other documents like IT returns.
 
Passport stamps, payroll, credit card bills, transcripts, boarding passes... bring whatever has your name and dates.
