What are the things I need to know for interview?

The 100 questions. At the finger printing they should give you a booklet with a CD in the back. Use shuffle/random play on the CD player.

Some have more than one answer but there seemed no point in memorizing all answers unless the question was "name two..." or "name three..." then I just memorized the first one.

Also review your N-400 application form (backup of the application form sent) and take a copy to the interview. This will be helpful incase IO asks questions from the application form (such as about trips, addresses, etc)

Hope Chief Justice, Speaker of the house, or even vice-president and presidet
are still those given by the USCIS study material by the time of the interview

I wonder what are the answers to "who is the president?" and "who is the vice-presiendt" if interview take place on the inauguration day.

the change of guard happens at noon, eastern standard time. the president elect becomes president after the stroke of noon.
