How to monitor case online?

Friends and experts,

I have recently sent my mom's GC aplication package ( 130, 131, 325, 485, 693, 765, 864, 864A etc).

I read in multiple places that I can see LUD ( Last Update) and status "online"

Does this mean, when I get NOA giving me the case number, it will also give me instructions to create my account and monitor the progress online?
