How to make FOIA request with DOL directly regarding information of filed LC (only)?

Hi everyone,

I have a LC filed by my employer at Marchl 2005 (PD is March 24, 2005). As usual, employed does not want to provide me a copy of the receipt, case number, and all other documents. So, I need to file a FOIA request with DOL directly. I live in WA, and headquarters and immigration department is located in IL

According the following FOIA at DOL site, http://www.dol.gov/dol/foia/guide6.htm and “III. Where to Make a FOIA Request” section, I have to know particular disclosure officer and its address in order to submit it.

“ … Therefore, your request will receive the quickest possible response if it is addressed directly to the disclosure officer for the component that you believe has the records you are seeking. A description of Labor Department components and the disclosure officers and their addresses are provided for your information. … “

List of such officers is extremely big, http://www.dol.gov/sol/regs/cfr/29cfr/toc_Part0-99/0070_App_A.htm and I actually do not who should be a receiver of such letter.

If anybody knows or had experience with such FOIA request, please advice me what I should do.
