Hi, my three years TN status is going to expired in two months. I am planning to cross the border to apply a new one but I heard from a U.S border officer last time that, due to the COVID-19, I have to have a call and make an appointment for TN renewal/application purposes before arrange the trip. This is different than previous experience, much appreciate if anyone can share some experience and/or advice to book such appointment.
