How to mail back the Response

As my original RFE was missing,I had requested/received a Duplicate RFE form.

1) To which address should we mail the responses? The letter just tells to "include in the attached enclosed envelope" which is missing .

2) Can I send thru a Certified mail ?
 
Hello,

NSC's address is listed in the letter. You can use your own envelope. Clearly write "RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE." on front and back of envelope. YOu can use certified mail or a priority mail with delivery confirmation if you are using USPS.
