140 and 485 concurrent filing.
received rfe in may and answered on 18th of JUne. which is the message showing when i go online for status.
I have not heard anything after that. so called BCIS about the status they sent me the status as EAD is denied so the associated applications are cancelled. I thought the associated application is AP. so sent the same to attorney.
i have asked my attorney to find out what happenned to the EAD why it was denied ... he could not get any details.
and i have not heard anything till now.
one more thing is even today my EAD and AP applcition do not show that they are denied. this is when i check the status online.
now i am getting a doubt that if my 140 itself at the first place denied. is there a way to find out whats happenning. i need experts help and ideas here.
