How to know if more winners have been selected in October 2012?????

Hi friends,
There is a rumour that more winners are going to be selected for DV-2013. What if this rumour is true, in that case, how would we know if indeed more winners have been selected? Will they announce the selection, or do we have to rely on forums like these to see the newly selected winners.

Hi!

It is a really good question, in my oppinion on 22nd October we will need to check our status and we will see the results.
 
it's really so simple :

if you are selected you will get a notification letter ,if not you will get the famous ''you has not been selected'' but without the following '' more entrants may/will be selected on....''
